A team of young adult missionaries come to your community for up to two years. This team will share their faith and journey with your young people. They will reach out to unchurched youth and draw them into a relationship with Christ and accompany those students who are committed followers of Christ, taking them deeper. What do Discipleship Teams Do?
Backed by a professional staff team and over 600 hours of ministry formation, priests, parents and ministry leaders can lean into the NET Team’s support to plant seeds of faith in their youth through the facilitation of youth groups, small group Bible studies, classroom presentations and other opportunities for evangelization and discipleship.
We provide the opportunity for schools and parishes across Canada to have a fully packaged youth ministry run by one of our Discipleship Teams. The team arrives in the community in early October and does ministry until the end of May (with a mid year break for the Christmas holidays). A new team comes for the second year following the same timeline. Each team is fully trained and equipped to run youth nights, music ministry, youth accompaniment groups and more.

Already have a youth coordinator in your parish? Great! We love working alongside and supporting parish youth coordinators. We help the youth coordinator by extending his/her reach to more youth, while also helping raise volunteer leaders to support the youth coordinator.
