Hello there! My name is John Paul Tomaszewski, but feel free to call me JP! I’m from Strathroy ON and am the youngest of 9! One of my older brothers has also served as a missionary with NET.

When I was in grade 8, my parish hosted a NET retreat for those being confirmed. The retreat positively impacted my relationship with the Lord, and at the end, I thought, “I can imagine myself on NET in the future”. 5 years later, I’m excited that this has come true!

I am so grateful to the Lord and for everything He has done for me. This past year, I sensed the Holy Spirit calling me to share my faith with other youth in Canada who need a personal encounter with Jesus, much like I did.

Before ascending into Heaven, Jesus’ last words on Earth were “Go…and make disciples of all the nations” (Matthew 28:19). I hope you too will answer Jesus’ call to evangelization by supporting me and my fellow missionaries through prayer and your financial gifts.
