My name’s Dakota (but you can call me Kody), and I’m from Ottawa, Ontario, where I was born and raised.

I’m obsessed with reading, writing poetry and painting. I’m extremely competitive (especially when it comes to Mario Kart – there’s no such thing as mercy) and though I’m a cradle Catholic, I truly found God in July 2020. My relationship with Him became all-consuming, and I’ve never known such peace and friendship. My journey since then has been far from perfect but sincere and I’m genuinely so excited to share His love with others. I’ve learned that no person could ever fill my cup the way I longed for; that was until I found Jesus. With Him my cup overflows.

On NET I hope to be a vessel that pours God’s love into others. I’ve wanted to do missionary work for years and thought I’d throw my hat in the ring as soon as possible. So here I am, fresh out of high school, ready to serve. I’ve been a youth group leader for over a year and a half and am excited about the new challenges ahead. That being said, I need your help!
