Jacob Runstedler - Team Supervisor

 Jacob R

Hi everyone! My name is Jacob Runstedler and I grew up on a farm in Southwestern Ontario, just outside of Listowel. I am part of 3% of people in the world that have a ‘womb-mate’, (I’m a twin). For most of my life, I’ve worked on my dad’s farm with his farm equipment business. I also have my diploma in Protection, Security, and Investigations.

Some of things I really enjoy include: The Toronto Maple Leafs, playing sports; especially soccer and hockey, working-out, chess, cribbage, and many other board games, fishing, trivia games, obstacle courses, geography, PEI, coffee, and country music.

Last year, I served as a missionary for NET Canada on a parish team in Summerside, PEI. It took me a couple of years to respond to God’s call for me to serve Him by joining NET, but I didn’t see myself doing more than one year of ministry with NET. However, halfway throughout the year I felt called to discern a position on staff. I absolutely love what NET stands for, and I’m grateful for the positive impact it has had on my life. I’m really excited to be able to share that with others.
