Hey there! My name is Amanda and I hail from Auckland New Zealand! I love anything outdoors, I love being in the kitchen and I love the Lord! Last year I was on the Retreat Team where we could minister to over 6500 youth! I am so blessed to have been able to witness so many conversions –  both big and small.

The Lord is so present and so faithful. Throughout the mission year, He revealed His goodness to me in so many ways – through all the youth we encountered but also through all of the beautiful communities who served us so generously. this past year, my relationship with the Lord grew, as well as my trust and surrender in Him.

Before my first year with NET, I remember telling myself that I would only be doing it for a year before going back to New Zealand to continue my 9-5 job. But through prayer and discernment, the Lord has called me to give another year to Him. I will be volunteering with NET again, as a supervisor! As supervisors, we mentor the missionaries who carry out this mission. We provide the missionaries with support in all areas and help them feel equipped to carry out this beautiful mission! Throughout my mission year, my supervisors were so important to me and made our workload so much lighter!

I am so excited to see the work the Lord will do this year – He is already so present and alive! For this mission to be possible, we need all the support we can get!
